An exciting time for Richard as he left his company of more than 20 years and set up on his own in early September.

Initially with a staff of four, Richard established Risk Exchange Ltd in a spacious office in Wanchai.  The staff has increased to six, in addition to both Richard and Tessa, and business is going well at the moment.

Needless to say, there is a lot of work involved and this is now the "renewal" season, so Richard is kept quite busy.
